 All New patient appointments are 1 hour in length and include a history and present illness. Recommendations and additional testing will be determined during this time. Medications may not be prescribed during the first visit but will be determined based on the provider's clinical judgment. Some patient cases may not be appropriate for further treatment and will be decided during this visit dependent on patient need, and complexity

These are appropriate for consecutive visits following new patient appointments and may consist of additional history taking, establishing a therapeutic relationship, stabilizing medications, dealing with side effects, ongoing symptoms, lab review, and education.
